Does anybody know if something similar to this is available in the uk?

Packard Woodworks: The Woodturner's Source: Mini Bullet Twist Pen Kit

I want something that can be used "in the field"- in this case for somebody who is into field archery, but golf, warfare etc would be other markets for it.
