Just put your pic through Paintshop Pro which brightened it a bit and revealed the patterning. It's interesting stuff and nicely turned, nice shape.

A good effort with the Mistral it is very similar to work with as Corian but the Mistral is 25 mm thick.

Great bit of turning but you'll have to stop Brian getting his knickers in a twist by spelling the name properly

You should wear a face mask when sanding btw as the very fine dust can be a serious irritant. Fitting kitchen worktops taught me that

It's MISTRAL Paul, same as the bits I gave you at York just one of the other colours. Similar to Corian
