Hi all,
I tried one of these last week and loved it, but no2 was not so easy.... A quick call to Phil put me straight and replacement parts, cracking customer service... He's guided me through my errors (yes, MY mistakes) and I have managed to save a beautiful blank. IMG_20220115_151238.jpg

That's a cracking pen(cil) Mark.
I'm trying to get my head around how the lead mechanism works.

It's not that difficult... :face:
The pencil refill is like a click mechanism, as you twist the cap it pushes the mechanism forward to advance the lead, release the cap and it automatically returns to its first position which locks the lead in place. You can keep advancing the lead by keep turning and releasing the cap. When you wish to store the lead just twist-hold-push the lead back in and release...:thumbs:
