My first Mistrals and what joy to use quality kits like these. Dressed in Spalted Cherry with wax finish.
Requested interesting wood that look like drift wood with a natural feeling finish for surfer girlfriends graduation present.

Themed pens that have the natural barked appearance these pens have. Closely toned as driftwood does appear. Beaut recipe for the brief. I do like the double banding and the clips, the housing a perfect setting David.

Nicely done. Really like that box too, fits the mistrals just right eh! Where's it sourced from?

The box is from Turners retreat, they fit but the clips have to be to the side not up as in the picture.
I wanted to make one from the same Cherry but don't have time, need to get them shipped.
