I want to mix wood and acrylic, can these be joined with thin CA and would they stay together and not come apart.

I have an idea i want to try out but it will need for the two materials to be securely joined.

Oh yes. But I use thick ca too for a bit more peace of mind. I've not had and problems with separation and made a few about 2 years ago and they're still going strong:thumbs:

Not a CA fan for glueing pens I agree with a thicker brew to give more time to fit the brass Woodies examples may have come from his collection not been given the handbag test lovely pens. Sometimes we stress too much on longevity I cant see any of Woodies pens turning up their toes from the glueups he makes. So often receivers of pens give them the back or front widow of the car or the window test accidentally my son on the work site puts his through hell and back on major air con installation, the drop test from height is frequent. Just reminded me next one for my son will be Re Bar.
