I have just started preparing my next Monkey Puzzle project. This is one of the 6 pieces that I had given to me last week.

The wood is absolutely bone dry and this afternoon I stripped the bark off like peeling a banana .

I have something in mind that the Mrs asked me to make for her.

Any suggestions of what you would produce out of it

Funny you should mention that Jim but I actually turned 3 rugby balls last year and mounted them on bases . They were given as trophies at a local rugby club.

Do you have a photo Vic, I hold a memorial Rugby match every year for my son, it's between his Club team v his School team, might be nice to see if I can knock something up

Cheers
