I can only imagine that you are uploading huge raw pictures from your camera into photobucket and even if you send them as resized within their site you band width usage is still based on the size you uploaded them .



That is why I always resize all my photos to 640 x 480 BEFORE sending them to photobucket



How do I resize them as a batch, not one at a time?
Is there a download able program to do this?

I don't know what photo edit program you use but if it is Photoshop Elements or the full blown version of photoshop you can batch process but you will need to separate the portraits from the landscapes.
