The type 304 ss is pretty tough. I couldn't make the cap/barrel and section/barrel threads with the taps and dies I had.
I single pointed these internal and external threads on the lathe. I made an oversize hole for the nib holder to section threads
and used a tap. M7.5x0.5 for the #6 JOWO nib.
The rollerball section took lots of ''engineering'' and I got that done on the second try.
