Nice selection, Ken! Blue pen foreground of the carousel in second photo appears to have some knurling. Care to enlighten us as to how that went? Please?

The blank on the third picture is one I made myself by wrapping gold thread around the pen tubes and then casting them in clear cast resin

Hi yes the blue pen is made in a material called velstone (similar to corian)

The Knurling as made by using a Decorating Elf tool


real easy to use and comes with a video explaining everything Decorating Elf - Decorating and Texturing Tool from Henry Taylor Tools

all you do is form a valley in the turning and then use the cutter you like - rest it on the turning piece and apply a little pressure
