Needed to work this morning (bummer!) but rest of the day was play time so used up some sierra kits and made 3 bullet pens as requested. 2 without clips and 1 with. Not perfect but getting better.

They are all very nice Bob, you are certainly getting to grips with the bullet. I've got some bullet ends but can't figure out a way to use them... Yet!

Yep, Def heading in right direction with the bullet pens, just looks like the center fitting area doesn't look as if its square on the 2nd & 3rd one. but that might be the photo or not quite pushed together.

I like the Sierras, top quality..

Yes, just checked and they weren't pushed tight. The photos aren't very good as I haven't sorted a light box yet and the cases look a bit tarnished when in fact they are highly polished.

The bullets are just wax polished whilst the sierras are CA.
cheers

I wondered about that as I really don't like the std nibs on these plus that's all I had hence the different finishes, wasn't by choice. Alex has offered me some bullet ends (is that where you got yours?). I can't see me using 30 of them but I'll probably go ahead I think.
I have the means with my little Cowells lathe to make my own but not the time. I'd be interested to see how you get on with the drilling.

cheers
Bob
