Yes it is a 6 cut cross that is done with a rounded blank instead of square done with plastic business
card samples!:thinks:

The reason I hedged my comments was I thought it might be a decal.

Congratulations that is first class segmenting at it's best, there doesn't seem to a single join out of line, perfect:thumbs:

Well am quite pleased it turned out ok as i have never done that using a round bit of wood, It was fairly easy! good enough for me lol!

Love it BH, was it cut on a Mitre Saw? A great feature in a pen and will help to sell it for sure .. Well done my friend .. :thumbs:

Thats a cracker did you do it using the hex nut method?

Lovely result.

I used this print pattern pinned on to the rounded end of the blank and marked the numbers then marked a registration point on the jig on the bandsaw!ScreenShot001.gif
