Hi I have been trying more mixing of Woodturning and Powertex.

This time I thought I would write the meaning of it.

REMEMBER THE FALLEN~ CARE FOR THE LIVING

A collection plate for Poppy Day. A mix of Powertex & Woodturning

The wood is spalted beach and the poppies hand made from felt and hardened with Powertex

The gold centre representing the medals of all.

The 17 poppies spiritually represent a desire for peace and a love for all humanity.

Really care for the title Woodturner, you have earned it and it shows. The timber has just the right amount of spalting that adds to the story and IMHO magnifies the intent, messages. Congratulations and salutations Kevin.

Now that's really nice, as Peter has said above their is just the right amount of spalting in that. I love the shape too, you should be very pleased with that:drool::drool:
