Thanks for the comments, all. It's not a UK wedding, but thanks for the heads-up regarding ink. Worth bearing in mind for future wedding pen commissions. Not that I'd get involved in the legalities, but its worth telling clients that they will need to jump through hoops if they want to sign the register with it.
