A Truestone Blank I bought from Pete B a while ago and thought it was about time I had a go at turning it. It has turned out better than I thought but can't capture just how nice it is on a photo unfortunatley.

That does look good mate. You can see how the rest of the blank would look to the eye by the reflection on the cap in the first pic. Beautifully done sir :thumbs:

Sure is a nice looking pen Paul, and having used this material for pens i can add that the quality in pictures do not show the beauty of this material off .. but we see enough to know it is a quality pen .. :thumbs:

Paul this is our 60th year of marriage in July so sentimental pens are in order. Pearlescent and black my two challenges for pen pics so I understand love your pen.

Paul, I got some White Pearlecent Blanks that Brody had made for me through the post yesterday and they look great, and I was wondering what kit to use. You have certainly made my mind up for me with this one !
