Evening all

I have been making two part slimline pens but having seen some of the things you guys are turning out I want to start making thicker pens if you know what I mean. Also, instead of turning a pen in two parts with a ring in the middle I want to have just a single piece to fashion into shape.
Can someone tell me the best kits in order to achieve the above please.

As always, very grateful for any support and advice .

Thank you in advance.

David, for a single barrel pen kit I would always recommend the Etesia from Beaufort Ink.
I know that most beginners start with the slimline kit, though I think that far more can be achieved with the Streamline, which gives you more meat on the bone to play around with.
If you still have some slimline kits, why not throw the centre band in the bin and make your own or buy Streamline centrebands.
