Mum Rabbit with baby

Just finished this jigsaw and ready to start putting a foot switch on my Parkside Scroll Saw.

Like your rabbit. Today in the workshop I turned up a foot switch /power point combination sold one time by Aldi,rated at ten amps.

Hi Don, I cut the same one a few months ago except with the babies cut into 3 thinner ones as per the book I got the plan from, ( Animal puzzles for the scroll saw, 2nd ed.by Judy and Dave Peterson ). Our 4 year old granddaughter loves it though takes all of 10 seconds to fit together.

I stained mine light one side dark the other so the bits wouldn't get turned around.

I fitted the footswitch this afternoon and it all works a treat.

Yes, I think from the same book I cut several others, haven't put a finish on any of them yet apart from the penguin which I've at least dyed.

The pics are just rough and parts not closely assembled although I did ease and sand all the edges to make it easier for 4 year old fingers to manipulate. Can't find a pic of the rabbit but the puzzle is here as she used it last week.

Love the cutouts.puzzles are great.I resisted making for our mob of over 50 now grand and great grand kids, really appreciate your efforts.

A goodly display of scroll saw work there
I have fitted a foot switch to my saw and hope to get some time next week to cut some of these patterns.
These patterns are good as you don't need to stop and disconnect the blade after each cut
