My 1st Casting with Resin

This was my first attempt of making my owm blanks, i made one Euro pen from the cast which was not up to much, and never used the rest. I have made others since but mainly use them for decoration and center bands .. :ciggrin:

Got to admit Jim, this casting does look like it should be in the bin. :funny: There is no colour to it mate. :whistling:

Never tried any casting yet Jim but I'm going to try sticking some advertising for say a plant hire company to the brass tubes then casting in clear acrylic. If it turns out OK I should get a few orders out of it.

Look forward to seeing those pens when you turn them Keith, i have made pens with decals on them but never using clear acrylic. ... :thumbs:
