I have been making and selling this kit for a while and have had no complaints or returns. Not the best seller around, and it can suffer from a jammed mechanism if someone thinks that they have to try and use as much force as possible to push the button on the top. Problem alleviated by undoing the nib a couple of turns. Otherwise one of the best click pens there is.
