Really nice kits aren’t they? Thought I’d start with a rollerball, fountain pen is next. I think one of the bushings is the wrong size, but it came out ok nonetheless [emoji4]

Yes it looks like you had the bushings the wrong way around. The larger bushing goes to the knib end. Looks Ok for a first try.

No I think I actually have the wrong bushing. The smaller tube bushes are different sizes. I’ve emailed TM, hopefully they’ll sort it

I see what you mean now. I have always had good service from TM pens I am sure they will sort it out for you.

I am sure Dan will sort it for you. It’s always a good idea to check both the bush and the kit to ensure a good match. Callipers are good for this.

I use the punch sets to determine bush sizes then calipers.

We've all been there at some time or another. Just to check (as there are inaccurate bushings out there) I measure the bushes against the pen parts with a digital caliper. Sometimes helps especially when they start to wear and also you may have a bushing set already the size required. Just my way of doing things.
