My first pen

Nothing really special but my first so thought I would post it.
Made from Beach as I have a lot of this to practice with.

I’ve already thought of what I would do differently regarding style etc.

Superb job of that Ewan, well done.

As Mark (Flexi) said, keep it and look at it after a few years and you will be amazed on how much your pen turning will change.

And thinking about what John (fortress) said I realise Kent had so many beaches but never thought of them as pen making quality!

Enjoy the fun and banter, it's all good and keep up the great pen turning. We love to see them.

Nothing wrong with Beach it means he sanded it proper!! I too used Beech for my first pen

If you can at arms length view your pens and see just what you can do for self satisfaction you are on the way to improve,well seen.
