Sold my 2012 Victory and bought this 2021 Honda Goldwing. Ankle problems made it painful to shift gears on the Vic. The Honda has a 7 speed automatic transmission. I'm a on/off, volume up volume down kind of guy and this bike has so much sophisticated electronics it makes my brain hurt. Been very hot lately so not to much riding. Hoping for cooler days.

I never knew you could get an automatic bike. I obviously know cars can be both manual or automatic but never a bike.

The Goldwing is called a DCT which stands for dual clutch transmission. I can use it fully automatic or in manual mode by paddle shifting. The bike learns your driving style and shifts accordingly.

I had two Goldwings and on the last one I had a colour coded squire trailer. Both had armchair comfort. Is yours the 1800?
Anyway, always keep the black bits on the bottom.

Kelvin it is an 1800. It should be comfortable as soon as i get the seat broke in.

I had to sell my last bike, owned it for 5 years, never let me down. Honda Deauville 650, Red, with colour coded back box and colour coded Bagster tank cover and tank bag. 2005 model with only 21.200 miles on the clock. My left knee let me down.
