Not sure where you guys get your screws from but I got my last ones from this guy.

M4 x 12mm Qty:20 - Grade 10.9 High Tensile Countersunk Hexagon Socket Bolts | eBay

He does all sorts of sizes, I hade some replacement ones for my chuck jaws as well. As its a bugger trying to find them on the shed floor in the shavings..
