Peter, my homebuild wood lathe was extensively discussed in Tools, Equipments and Accessories, page 11, under the posting: My workshop equipment: A lathe  with very special features not found on other lathes. In this posting, there are a lot of photos and video clips showing the machine in operation. You are welcome to visit this posting and if you have any question, I will be most happy to dicussed with you.

As for my machine shop, I have used it to make all sort of tool or jigs, I have even started designing and fabricates other wood working machines. Incidentally, I am a trained design engineer specialising in metal working. Wood work is just my hobby.

Happy visiting my posting
