Following with interest, some of the finest home produced work I have seen came from a mate who used an ML7 access from his house was down a tight spiral staircase or his garage. Where he worked for many years he had use of a huge metal workshop and he made his own and many more gear boxes cutting the gears etc before work, lunch time and after work. He made precision his aim in life.
