Happy New Year pen friends.

Got back in the shop yesterday and managed to complete a pen. So I can say that I’ve made at least one pen every day in 2025. So far.

This is a nice acrylic and I’ve used a gun metal clip from Beaufort along with a black oxide Jowo number 6 nib. I’m pleased with the way it turned out and it got a lot of love from social media. It also sold pretty fast too.

Anyway I hope you’re all back and raring to go. I’m a big fan of Christmas but also love the feeling of returning back to a bit of normality. So I’m in the workshop again today to see if I can make it 2 in 2 days! (Maybe not at the rate I’m going…).

Cheers
Ash

Fantastic, i need to remember where I left my workshop! Let alone visit it!
I love that blank, looks very tiger like...
Well done..1 down 364 to go :chuckle:
😂 I know that feeling - I just about found mine.

And I only managed 1-a-day for one day. Maybe one a month is more realistic…

I am really liking this one. I am thinking that I am probably going to acquire one of your pens this year just to see how it's done by some one who actually knows how to turn a top end pen.
Thanks Dave, but I think you’re pretty much there from what I remember. Keep going! 👍👍
