Lots of lessons learnt again with this one, the main one being read the instructions before starting.
If you don't have the instructions (as was my case) then find them on the interweb thingy and print them off.

First time I have done this type of pen and I have actually managed to split it, however after a little manipulation it can not be seen :wink:

This will go out as a Christmas present to someone I am not really that fond of

The wood is Sapele and I think it works well with this pen and the chrome,

Finish :- Sanding sealer, Melamine and Carnauba wax

Time :- 4.5 hours over 2 days
