New sierra bushes

I opened a new set of sierra bushes today to turn the click sierras and one of them was so loose in the tube it was unbelievable so I made me own on the wood lathe with HSS scrappers and they fit perfectly consequently I didn't finish all the sierras still another day tomorrow

Not had any like this Woody, but have had them not fit onto a mandrel .. :down:

Me too , but I found a small round file, put it in the pillar drill and took a little off at a time and made the bushing fit ...job done

Sad this occurs I make my own in these times but a pain in the rear. As I unpack I check the contents but for you there are not enough hours in the day I can tell, bummer mate.
