Hi All,
Had an enjoyable chat with Vince at the The Turners Workshop last night spent way too much cash and haven't quite told the boss lady yet.
he managed to get most of Conway Stewart's stock from their recent sad closure.
I ve used it before and although it can be sometimes a bit more difficult than some acrylics, the provenance is starting to work a bit for me now.
Some customers love the fact that they are getting a pen with the same genuine material some seriously expensive pens are made with, well were.
Heres some pics.
I m not on a retainer but just thought i would share as its worth a try.
Heres a mixture of Conway Stewart and some vintage penrods from about 1920's onward and the depth of colour of some of the vintage stuff is special, they are tubes though so might need a bit of creativity.
Heres why i'm seriously on the naughty step but i'm not too bothered though got some great material that will keep me busy for a while.
Regards
Pete
