I have come across a new seller of blanks on ebay plemeniti123 http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Crafts-/1...9&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_ssn=plemeniti123

His name is Vojko Savor and he hails from Slovenia which is where he lives & makes these blanks, along with knife handle blanks, choppers / axes and a number of other things.

So far I have had only one blank of him which can be seen below which is palm wood & acrylic (Alumilite), I hope to turn this in the next day or so and I have several more on the way, which I will report on as & when I get them turned.

This one arrived within 5 days of me paying for it, well packaged and a good price, even better price when you order more & get a saving on the postage, so I ordered another 10.

I have found Vojko very easy to deal with good communication and good seller rating, although he is fairly new to selling in UK he as been selling across Europe for some time including Germany, Russia, Holland etc.

Surely this blank will turn better having been infused its hard enough with the grain normally . Yes I will be interested to see the final pen.

Peter.
