Hi all,
Well this was a new take on an old trick....I had some laser engraving done on two separate pens, customer's names. It was very nicely done but a little deep( tube just showing) so I thought about an infill. I have never used Milliput before, but certainly will again.....very easy to use if not a bit mucky. It has high lighted the engraving and I really like the actual colour, lasers tend to scorch the edges( I must say not to bad on this occasion)so black was a natural choice. I will now just refinish the tubes (sometimes you get away with just the engraved area) but am very happy with the effect!IMG_20200714_091021.jpg

I still want to maintain the tactile feel of the engraving but also take out the depth.....
What do others do?? Do you fill back in flush or just polish after engraving?? How deep is toooo deep??:thinks::thinks:
