Newbie First Pens

Hi Guys,

Just last weekend turned my first 4 pens. 2 Slimline & 2 Sierra's.

Comments welcome.

Finished with CA (Watched a youtube video) then polishing compound. Wood on the sierras is mahogany and the slim lines is a tulip wood.

Very good indeed and a classy first pen, Melvyn.

When turning the next one, maybe you could consider applying CA more regularly and/or spending more time sanding, polishing and buffing: the surface is a bit irregular and you should get a better looking one.
