You southern wimp, it's not cold, get out there and get it done..

They are so common now Brian, don't be worried about it as you will be supprised how quickly and easily it's done now adays.

Not like the old surgeons in your younger days, like butchers on a block. My FIL had one and my mother had one fitted around two years ago and she has never looked back since mate.
