That doesn't sound normal, I had the same last year for a few weeks, I just couldn't get warm, doctor thought it was kidney stones and it did hurt when I pee'd but after an ultra sound they said kidneys were clear, then it all cleared up. You have to make sure that you drink a lot as even though you feel cold you are warming your body up more than normal and will dehydrate which can be dangerous so drink plenty of water.
