Andy this timber was felled thousands of miles away dried over years and this blank really impressed me when it came on the market. Being an absentee purchaser I find only a small percentage of blanks realize this real impact so many times as we turn the colours and patterns come and disapear I hesitate to recommend or buy for anyone else these days because of this fact having scoured the world over many years I am digging out of my stash the likely ones so many pens so little time very few if any dealers especially those who turn release their best blanks. I have paid up to 80 dollars for some blanks some of these yet to be turned. Now past eighty since last month the thrill of the chase is still there trust you enjoy this as well.
