It is coming up to the centenary of the Rivers racing yacht and I was asked to make a few pens to commemorate this using timbers from an old Rivers yacht.
This is a trial pen.

Funny though, a lot of the oak that I was given was stained blue all the way through, which I assume was the sea water reacting with rusty nails in the oak
