I've been off this week with a bad dose of manflu so tomorrow I'm going to have a run to Ockenden Timber as its only an hours run for me. It's not a place I've had owt to do with so I'll nip along and see what they've got.

A nice day out with Lorraine visiting Welshpool before going to Ockenden. It's only a small place that opens three days a week and deals mainly by mail order but its prices seem cheaper than Snainton for machinery and tools. Unfortunately the wood shop only has about a quarter of the stock that Snainton has but again it's prices are comparable or slightly cheaper. I just managed to get into three figures before she dragged me out.

Three figures You did well Keith.
Every time I go to Snaintons, what ever I spend, Sue spends about the same amount on wood that she thinks I should turn :rolling:
