A package arrived today from that very nicest of very nice men, Dave (lignaterrae). When I opened it I was presented with this little lot:

What a cracking lot of timber! I've not seen purple heart with such strong figuring before, and those 'summats' in the corner are delicious. I won't tell you what I paid for this lot, but I will say I don't see how Dave makes money ...

Nice lot of wood there Dave look forward to seeing them turned I was sorting some of my blanks today that I got from Dave as you say how dose he do it at them prices

As Dave (lignaterrae) only lives 3 miles from me I went and collected my wood off him. He has wood everywhere lots of lovely burrs including veneers :love_it:
Oh and bins full of apples and more apples and more apples, for making cider :pint:
I'm surprised he's sober enough to cut the blanks up :wink::funny:
