I have not turned omegas or alphas before, but am looking for something good quality, £10ish maximum per kit, but I do not want them to be too heavy. I have turned a jr gent before and liked the size of these. How do the other 2 compare in size to the jr gent?

Thanks
Mark

You have picked 2 very good kits there....The Alpha is simular in size to the Gent but you wont go far wrong with the Omega....Dan hit a little winner with that one...they have a lot more versatillity than some other kits...with options on better nibs also...or as a straight rollerball...a good option if selling at fairs because you can just swap them over...
Go on give one a try:thumbs:

I was having a think about this overnight- can you not simply swap a rollerball to a fountain on any kit that has both as options, or do you mean that not all kits do have both?
