To the wonderful people who kindly tested the Omega samples for me.
I have one last ask before the pens arrive Monday/ Tuesday next week........

Please can you all give me a quote relating the kit and the quality for my website.

I will happily put your quotes on the site with your names and websites.

Please write them on here and I will add them.

Aesthetically pleasing with it's artistically tapering body shape.
The feel is something else, I find it a very well balanced comfortable fine writing instrument.
Writes and balances well even when posted.
Quality shines with nice smooth deep looking platings, the thread in the cap is smoother and stronger than the norm.
I think it is a pen with a style of it's own and the feel of quality.
Definitely punching above its weight £ for lb value wise init?

The Omega pen kit is in my mind the best quality kit in its price range in fact it is far superior it many of the more expensive kits on sale in the UK they have a very good quality plating on them all of the components fit as they should with a very fine tolerance the finished pen sits beautifully in the hand the rollerball has a quality ceramic refill that just flows on paper depositing the right amount of ink without scratching like some of the cheaper refills that are supplied in some kits

Dan of Taylors tools is a true gent always a pleasure to deal with delivery is always very prompt we need a new supplier in the UK who is also a turner and knows and understands our needs also his prices are more than fair and very competitive with other suppliers you only have to take a look

I have tried one of the samples sent to me which was a Gold Rollerball. On opening the packet the first thing I noticed was the quality of the gold plating which is much better the majority of others in this price range and of kits which are in a much higher price bracket. Upon completion of the turning I was impressed with the close tolerance of the various parts when assembling the kit.
The finished pen is indeed a quality product and I will certainly be in the market for more of these kits when they go on general sale !!!!

While we are on this subject Dan what are the chances of you keeping spare parts for your pens and I mean more than just tubes. We can all cock up every once in a while and damage a part and it would be handy if we could order spare parts !!!!:thinks::thinks::thinks:

I have spare tubes coming on the order. I intend to have a number of 'breaker' kits. This will allow me to send spares and I will order replacement parts when needed. Most likely done in pen assembly and cap assembly.
