THe needs you have outlined are broad. Internal size is determined by what you intend to do,allow for room to house carriers.Fully seekn out the nature and type of moulding or not. Pressure vessels need to be well made,sealed and preferably housed up to the lid as an additional safety measure. Within the boundaries of existing members this subject has been covered quite fully over time. Other forums have this as a perrennial and I trust you enjoy the thrust of the chase and your solution to it.
