A longwood made from Palm wood and finished with ca. Not the easiest wood I've ever worked with.:thinks:

That looks great, I am so pleased as I have some palm, but wasn't sure if I like it, I have cross cut some of it to see what the end grain will look like on a pen, but yours looks good especially with the colour of kit you have used.

well done you one nice looking pen there see if you can get some red palm and Toby palm I have some x cut palm tried one bit and it fell to pieces so I will try the next one with a bit more caution

I think this pen would look better if you increased the exposure on the picture and showed it with the nib out as it is the picture lacks clarity of detail and does not show the pen at it's best.

I'll try and take a better picture later. I'm trying out different things all the time and I take on board what you say, thanks...
