Palm Wood and Ebony finished with ca. Not the easiest wood in the world to turn but I'm very please with the results.

Like the wood and the finish but the kit i am not sure of the color and the nib end

Love this wood Paul, it looks good adding black components which compliments the wood for sure ... A good pen well finished .. :bwink:

I like the wood, the kit & the finish it's the step to the nib that does nothing for me, otherwise a lovely pen :thumbs:

I have to agree with Doug on this one if it blended with the nib it would be perfect but still well done.

Nuff said about the nib end I sympathise the Palm is a mongrel to turn so you did well sometimes it pays to leave the nib proud especially with this timber and guess what the non turning recipient will not know we are predudiced.
