Has anyone had a Parkside Tool Sharpening Station PSS 65 A1. Are they any good and can you use for sharpening gauges.

There is a video on it but I'm not sure it would be ok for gauges.

I viewed the videos before replying before but what that convinced me the ideot who ran a knife into his hand to demo it was blunt etc quite turned me off. Its a small wheel with limited appeal IMHO.

Yes what an idiot. There is another video which is shorter without talking and the chap seems to know how to use it. The other idiot didn't know how to use it. Just have look. I need to for the idiot.

Don't reckon it would last to long sharpening gouges.

No good for what you want it may be alright to sharpen drill bits but as for quality I can't realy say as it is one of the cheaper brands
