Pen and Pencil Set

A pen and pencil set made from what i now believe to be Indian Rosewood See Here ..

On Chrome Plated Slimline kits it was finished with a friction polish and waxed with liberon gloss wax stick ...

They look nice Boss..

Just looks a little gap between the sections, not sure if its the pic or not pushed together..

But looks a nice bit of wood you have laid your mitts on though..

Lovely bit of wood but the pic is not so good, it is hard to photo dark wood though init?

Yep got to admit I noticed the gap first as well. But lovely turned pens Jim

Nicely done,I recon they would have been better with a light centerband but still good nonetheless

Nice kit Jim but I think they would have looked better with a centre band of some description to contrast with the wood !!!!

You are correct Brian, i found it rather difficult to keep the true colour without ruining the image ..

I tried this image but it doesn't show the correct colour of the wood ..

Maybe not the true colour Jim but it does show the character of the wood and it's a much better picture in my opinion.
