I think its not only a good turned pen....but may be a bit of a game changer.....we need a new Sierra type pen. I think its great what has been produced so far from off this forum its about time the UK struck back at the pen market

Hope this isn't a daft question...but does this pen operate by twist action or click? Only it says click pen with twist mechanism so I'm confused...it doesn't take much ;) Very nice by the way...

It's not a daft question Lee - in fact you've highlighted a typo on the Beaufort Ink website (which I've just corrected by the way). The answer is that it's a twist action pen.

Glad to be of help... ;) Think I'll have to order myself one of the GM and G Sciroccos...my lathes been out of action after a small fire in the workshop but I'm currently on with replacing things so looking forward to turning pens again real soon.
