Congratulations to [MENTION=2090]Citoyen[/MENTION] for his winning pen http://www.penturners.co.uk/wood-tu...l-closed-end-pen.html?highlight=actual+closed in this week's Pen of the Week.
Tom's pen will feature on the Forum's front page until the next winner is decided, and all pens posted on the forum since last Sunday morning will be eligible for POTW40.

There's going to be a delay of a few days before the next vote, as I am moving this coming week, and will doubtless be a bit too preoccupied to organise it I'm afraid. Keep posting your pens though, and we'll have POTW40 as soon as I'm able to sort it out.
