It's a copy of the woodpecker tct one...I have the woodpecker, it can be very aggressive but cuts cleanly and stays very sharp a long time. A massive step up from previous barrel trimmers, but I now use my disc sander set up unless I'm hand reaming bullet cases

I've just ordered an "offset" sanding jig for the lathe from ExoticBlanks, along with a 4" faceplate from Amazon, to which I will affix adhesive 80 grit. Hoping this will take the place of barrel trimmers, which I've been using for years now but which are always a pain - can't count how many blanks I've had to fix due to the trimmer "grabbing" an edge. Also, you can grab a set of transfer punches for cheap which will fit just about any blank - so no more sleeves or special trimmer bits. Only sanding from now on for me!

I got the wood pecker carbide set and it’s very efficient but needs a drill press and VERY GOOD CLAMPING of the blank.Plus a GENTLE TOUCH a on the down handle

I do have a sanding disc as well but have not tried it as yet for blank squaring.

On the American pen site IAP the sanding method is very popular though.
