So as I said, I have bought a few pencil kits, and here are the first few: Red corian, Teak, Summit wood, and Summit else wood.

I'll be giving a couple out so people can test drive the mechanisms for me. Will report back in due course

Edit: The centre bands on the two end pens look odd in the photos, especially the red one, don't know what that's all about!

I'll guess at summit wood being Oak and summit else wood being Cedar, I could easily be wrong but that is my guess.
You can smell cedar while turning so I would think I am wrong?

Good luck with them Robert. I have had a go at quite a few of these and found them as Grump rightly says CRAP INIT !

Yep the summit wood definitely looks like Oak to me :bwink:
As for the Summit else wood. I ain't got a clue :funny:
All looke nicely turned though :thumbs:
