Vic,

Worth your while placing the order via woodturningz.com. Easy to phone and easy to place an order by talking to humans who are woodturners, understand that the world is not flat and that there are land masses East of Boston. They are psi resellers who are very easy to deal with.

I have sent a lot of emails to PSI requesting information and registered with their site I keep getting update on products BUT they wont bother to answer Emails so my customer has given up on their kits we go elsewhere and that is a pity because the kits I have used of theirs are first class.

On the internet there should be a special place for PSI with a warning you will always be astounded or depressed however their agents are valiant even if they have to contend with their main supplier preleasing product and not feeding it to the minnions through their distributers for some time like a juggernought express train races straight through the channels with you waiting to pick up the pieces of broken promises with your customers the only safe way IMHO is to only show pens you have kits for never commit with this company in the loop.

I have heard this been said before Ian, and even that they are very poor in customer relations .. :thinks:
