I bought some silver charms to have a go at this a while ago and thought I'd try one to make a special pen for Woody. Here it is, an old pew. I used a dremel and a 0.8mm endmill to cut out the cross to inlay the charm. To round the charm slightly I drilled a piece of wood the same diameter as the outside of the pen, cut it in half to lay the charm on it and then put the drill across that and hit it with a mallet.I'm quite pleased with the result although the photos aren't too good as I used a different camera on auto.

Fella you can clearly see the effort gone into that and the result is great. Nice one, I'm sure woody will be touched.

Its one thing having the machine and another knowing how to use it Brian. I am getting better and did think I should use it but thought it would be quicker with the dremel.
